Reconstruction of Takeda Castle — View Full-Size Image

Digital reconstruction of Takeda Castle in Asago, Japan, as it may have appeared when it was constructed in the 15th century. The castle was captured by Toyotomi Hideyoshi(1537–1598), and then passed to his younger brother after his death. The last ruler of the castle was Akamatsu Hirohide who committed suicide in 1600, after which the castle fell into disrepair.
