Punic Cuirass
This Punic gilded bronze cuirass was highly expensive and gave the wearer the impression of a more muscular physique. It may have been taken from Italy back to Carthage as a trophy during the Second Punic War. From Ksour Essaf, 3rd-2nd century BCE.
Bardo National Museum, Tunisia.
