An 1874 oil on canvas, Piette's House at Montfoucault, Snow Effect, by Camille Pissarro (1830-1903), the Danish-French impressionist painter. The house belonged to Pissaro's fellow artist and good friend Ludovic Piette. (The Clark Art Institute, Williamstown, Massachusetts, USA)
