Mars Ultor
Mars was the Roman god of warfare, as well as a protector deity. He was renowned by the Romans as a bringer of peace and victory and a progenitor to the Roman people. As the lover of Venus, he represented part of a duality. Mars is often depicted with his helmet and spear. In paintings, Mars was depicted with red skin.
