The School of Gladiators (Schola Armaturarum) in Pompeii was probably the headquarters of a military association of gladiators, a place used for meetings and social gatherings. The building suffered heavy damage from bombing during World War II and caused outcry when it collapsed in November 2010 following heavy rainfall. The restoration interventions began in 2016 and the building reopened to the public in January 2019.
