St. Wolfgang Altarpiece Download Full Size Image

The high altarpiece in the church of St. Wolfgang in Salzkammergut, Austria. Designed by Michael Pacher, it is made of pine and spruce wood which has been richly painted and gilded. Completed in 1481, it is considered a masterpiece of Renaissance art.
