Khonsirdis wears the typical trappings of a priest. His head is shaved and he wears a leopard skin on top of his linen clothing, a symbol of the sem-priests known for their role in funerary rituals. Osiris is portrayed on his torso and a scene on his kilt shows Khonsirdis worshipping Osiris. He would have originally held a divine image, but now only the plinth remains.
