Sensoji Temple is the oldest temple and arguably most important Buddhist temple in Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 645 CE, the temple is dedicated to the Bodhisattva Kannon. Sensoji Temple receives over 30 million visitors annually, making it among the most-visited spiritual sites in the world.
