This handmade pottery from Hacilar was painted with bold geometric designs. The lower part is still covered by incrustation. Buff ware. Possibly from Hacilar, South-Western Turkey. Early Chalcolithic (Copper) Age, 6000-5500 BCE. (The British Museum, London).
