This portrait is preserved in an exceptional way: the nose is intact, the polish of the flesh on the front is still visible, and the bust, tablet and its base are original. In addition, the quality of execution is remarkable with one shoulder covered with a Greek-style drape, indicating a desire to be represented as a scholar.
