To Hercules Saxanus and the Emperors Vespasian Augustus and Titus and Domitian Caesar, M (arcus) Vibius Martialis, centurion of the 10th legion Gemina and the soldiers of the detachment of that same legion who served under his command, acceded their wishes willingly and rightly.
