Alba Aylagas Pérez

Biography

I'm Alba, a Spanish translator who loves history and culture. Since I was a little girl I have always liked to know about the lives of historical figures, who they were, what they did, why they were important and their context. As I grew up, these interests were mixed with a passion for languages, so I decided to study Translation and Interpreting at the University of Valladolid.

I am also an inquisitive person who loves learning and discovering new things, so being a translator allows me to work on what I love. Another thing I like about being a translator is that I can help others enjoy history and culture in their native language in a simple and accessible way.

History is a very important part of our societies and our cultures so working with it's a true pleasure.
