Biography
I graduated from the University of Chicago Divinity School with my MA in 2018. Ancient languages with which I study include Hebrew, Akkadian, and Greek.. These languages are important because they will enable my research in the emergence of ancient Israelite and Judean religion and history, as well as Mesopotamian religion and history.
Generally, my interests are in the whole ancient world, especially the ancient Near East. Study of the ancient Near East, along with the rich cultures and human traditions it encompasses, elucidate the breadth of human experience and present complex dynamics of how we relate to each other. These very dynamics are important to understanding our identities as human beings in this day and age.
