Christofili is an experienced anthropologist who has delved in various sub-fields of anthropology. She was worked in a myriad of museums as a curator and also has archaeological field experience. However, she focused her doctoral degree on the Maori cultural and material history. She is primarily interested in object histories and what they mean to their source communities. She is ecstatic in working with visual media and enjoys traveling.
